 Sales Catalyst is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, converting prospects into customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the prospect database. Sales Catalyst must be able to identify new sales opportunities, pursue prospects, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets
    • Set and achieve defined monthly sales targets.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
    • Close sales transactions in accordance with established targets.
  2. Convert Prospects into Customers
    • Identify and evaluate potential prospects.
    • Follow up with prospects regularly.
    • Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Increase Sales Value
    • Maximize the value of each closed sale.
    • Offer solutions that meet customer needs to increase transaction value.
  4. Maintain Client Relationships
    • Hold regular meetings with clients.
    • Respond to client requests quickly and effectively.
    • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  5. Manage Prospect Database
    • Input and update prospect data in the database.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of prospect data.
    • Use prospect data to target new sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education:
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
    • Ability to manage databases and CRM systems.
  • Software:
    • Proficient in the use of sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
