You will play a direct role in the success of each program — from the conception stage to sales, participant engagement, and real impact on the ground.
Job Description
Identifying Target Market:
Conducting in-depth research to understand the needs, behaviors, and communication channels of the target business segment (revenue Rp5–200 M/year), as a basis for developing relevant and valuable programs.
Developing & Validating Program Ideas:
Designing program ideas based on market insights, then testing their validity through experimental landing pages, micro-budget campaigns, and real responses from potential participants — before fully realizing them.
Leading Program Promotion:
Designing and executing effective promotion strategies — from digital content to partner collaborations — to reach, attract, and convert the target market into active participants.
Building & Managing Strategic Partnerships:
Identifying, making initial approaches, and collaborating with potential partners (sponsors, communities, or platforms) to strengthen the reach, credibility, and sustainability of program activities.
Managing Collaboration with External Creative Vendors:
Selecting and directing a creative team (freelancers/agencies) in the production of promotional materials — such as copywriting, visual branding, and short videos — that align with the program's positioning and objectives.
Supporting Participant Acquisition Operations:
Inputting and maintaining participant & partner data in CRM (Odoo), verifying participation through payment systems (Xendit/Stripe), and documenting the validation process and promotional SOPs in an internal repository.
Observing & Assessing Participation Quality in the Field:
Being present during program implementation to ensure participants meet the criteria of a "natural filter": actively selling, open to collaboration, and responsive to AI-based solutions.
Prerequisites & Qualifications
- Male/female aged up to 35 years
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or Psychology
- Minimum experience2 years in digital marketing, B2B sales, sponsorship acquisition, or community management, with a track record of achieving participant or program sales targets
- Experienced in managing digital advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) for quality participant acquisition
- Familiar with using CRM (Odoo/HubSpot), spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), and digital collaboration tools
- Fluent in reading and writing English — for communication with international participants/partners and the preparation of promotional materials
- Residing in South Jakarta or South Tangerang
- Actively using digital platforms & social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
